SHIPPING
We are located in the USA. We ship anywhere in the United States. We are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you live outside of North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping is free over a certain amount in the United States. If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
If you live elsewhere in the world, your shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout.
Expedited and Express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow 24-48 Hours for our team to process your order once payment confirmation is received. Our team handpicked your order and goes through an inspection process before being shipped out to you. This excludes weekends, as we ship from Monday-Friday.
During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days due to higher then normal order volumes. Weekends do not count.
There may be a delay in dispatching your order during our flash sales, promotions, or peak busy periods. Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped in order of earliest to latest. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
You should receive a tracking number in your email. You can track your order using your tracking number on our website or the courier website. Click Here to track your order.

Returns & Exchange
You have 14 days from the day the order is processed to submit a cancellation through our portal. Your responsibility is to send the item/s back to the Kenmo warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.

Kenmo does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
Please allow three business days to process your return once our warehouse receives it. This can take up to 5 business days in sale periods.
Kenmo must be returned by mail.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been received and inspected.
Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code.
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
No, After 14 days, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please review products and decide within 14 days of when the item arrives.

Items purchased during the sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Returns must adhere to the following:
‣ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being delivered.
‣ Any sale items over 15% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing day, Flash sale, Cyber Monday, Canada day, Easter, and holidays are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Any sale items over 50% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing day, Flash sale, Cyber Monday, Canada day, easter, and holidays are deemed as final sales.
‣ Any Pre Order items are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging
‣ All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
‣ Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours
‣ Gift cards cannot be returned
If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. By David Kollar reserve the right to return the item to you.
Helpful Tips :
‣ write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel.

Please keep an eye on the tracking for your return as this makes its way back to us. Once you see this has reached our warehouse please allow 3 working days for this to be processed (allow up to 5 working days during sale periods). Within this time you will be sent an email to confirm your refund has been processed. It can then take a further 5 working days to appear in your bank account.

Custom & Taxes
If you live in the United States or Canada, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.
If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.
Ordering
We offer free standard shipping, and expedited shipping. Please remember that your order will take 24-48 hrs to process before it shipping. Even if you select expedited or express shipping, your order will take a few days to be processed through our system:
Can I Purchase An Item That Is a Pre-Order?
Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.ken-mo.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be displayed on the product page.
Note that Pre-Order items are still under production and we do not have an accurate delivery date since we have to wait delivery from the manufacturer before shipping. Estimate can be 1-2 months depending on when you placed the order.
I Have Purchased Two Different Pre-Orders With Different Shipping Dates?
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Order Processing Notes:
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding USA Holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add support@ken-mo.com to your contacts. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the online order# that you receive after placing your order, it will likely have been removed because it is out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please get in touch with us immediately with the following information:

- Missing Item(s)
Our support team will investigate the matter and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or the wrong item was sent to you, we will replace the product or refund the product's price to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.

Product & Misc Questions
No, we do not have a Kenmo stand-alone store. We do, however, have retailers carrying our products worldwide and if you want to shop in-store, please email us with your location and inquiry, and we can provide you with stores near you that carry us!

We recommend purchasing an in-stock item and selecting express shipping! If you are concerned about whether your item will arrive in time, feel free to reach out to us at sales@ken-mo.com and we will give you as much information as possible.
If you have your heart set on an item that is currently only available for pre-order, we recommend pre-ordering that item well in advance of any travel you have upcoming. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we produce our stock in small quantities, which means we often sell out of items in between production seasons. We know this can be a sometimes frustrating side-effect of the transition toward more sustainable retail practices, and we’re here to help you in any way we can. Promo Codes usually are issued with an expiration. That’s one of the main reasons a code will not work. To get more information on a code that was recently given to you, email us at support@ken-mo.com. If the promo code is expired or invalid, you cannot use that code for any purchases.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, clearance, final, or end of season sales or other types of discounts. Kenmo has the right to hold and/or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

We do restock selected items, however there is no guarantee of a restock of any particular item. To be notified of any restocks please sign up to our newsletter and fill out the form on the product page under the section “Notify Me When In Stock”
Kenmo does ship to PO Boxes, Military Bases and freight forwarding address these will be shipped but please note sometimes it will add additional delivery time.

Yes, we make price adjustments as long as you have an image or proof that the item is on sale on the same day you want to purchase it. You must include the store name and contact information. No discounts codes can be used during price adjustments. Just email us directly for price adjustment at support@ken-mo.com
We sell wholesale Kenmo products directly to retailers, which means they bought it at a wholesale cost, so the retailer makes the margins from selling it to a consumer such as yourself. This means you cannot return an item to our online store, and you must return it directly back to the retailer with their return policy, as this is the product they own for their store.
They are designed in New York, USA. The products made by the most reputable factories worldwide produce for your favourite high-end luxury designers. We use factories in Vietnam, Turkey and China, just to name a few.

Items purchased during a sale period are final sales. We can only do a store credit if it's returned within 7 Business days.
We do not adjust prices because item went on sale
We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Sending multiple emails only delays your and other people’s inquiries. Please only email once.
